What do I do if I received a defective order?We at shopacholicscloset take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product we would require you to mail back the product, and after assessing the return product a refund will be processed straight away.

How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?The most easiest and effecient way to contact is is through email (shopaholicscloset@mail.com), where we aim to reply back within 48 hours.

What are the shipping options?At this point in time shopacholicscloset is only able to offer Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery, this usually takes 2-3 days after payment and packagaing has been processed. Shipping will only take place on weekdays and not on the weekends.

Are the Practice Packs downloadable? | هل باقات التدريب يمكن تحميلها ؟The video content is streamed for fast access (non-downloadable), but workbooks and exercises can be downloaded and printed for your personal use. الفيديوهات متاحة أونلاين (مش قابلة للتحميل)، لكن تقدر تحمل الWorkbook والتمارين وتطبعها لو حابب.

Do I need to buy special materials? | هل محتاج أشتري أدوات خاصة؟No. You can start with whatever materials you already have.
